OQO O2 UMPC now Featuring Wimax
OQO introducing its new OQO Model O2 UMPC version which boasts 64GB SSD and support WiMaxat CES. So, I guess this one is not for American market, but Europe or Asia might not warm welcome this model as well. Particularly for its price which is need another $2,000 compared to other models. What the…. yes we know SSD is expensive, but an extra $2,000 for WiMax and 64GB space ? No thanks.

Looks very impressive, but yeah the price is rather high.
I would imagine that it will be cheaper when it’s released, based on the dropping prices of SSD’s. About the whole WiMax thing, it would most likely be in the USA because of Sprint’s “XOHM” WiMax network set to be running later this year.
