Everex Cloudbook UMPC CE1200V
Everex launching its UMPC called Everex Cloudbook CE1200V at CES. Comes with 7-inch TFT display with 800 x 480 pixels resolution, Everex Cloudbook E1200V is powered by a 1.2GHz VIA C7-M ULV processor, 512MB DDR2 533MHz RAM, 30GB HDD.Its graphic is handled by a VIA UniChrome Pro IGP Graphics chipset while its audio is served by VIA High-Definition Audio.For connectivity, Cloudbook CE1200V provide an Ethernet port and Wifi b/g. Other worth mentioning features including 1.3MP camera,DVI-I port, 2 USB 2.0 port, touchpad and 4-in-1 media reader.
The Everex Cloudbook CE120V running a Google OS called gOS Rocket and pre-installed with lots of open source applications from browser, office suite to VOIP client to make it a ready to use UMPC. Its release date is set to 25th January with $399 price tag. With that price, the cloudbook will challenge Asus Eee pc which has the same price range. It will be more interesting if LG UMPC has a sub $400 price too.
