Prototype of what so called Dell Streak / Mini 5 tablet PC appear at Shenzen. A mark under the battery cover tell us that this prototype is “Model M01M”. Arrive with a 5-inch touchscreen display with 800 x 480 pixel resolution, M01M packs 1.6 GHz processor ( snapdragon mighr be)and running Android 1.6.

Offered at around $1,098 price point, thus Dell Mini 5 prototype also packs WiFi, Bluetooth, 3G and a 5 MP camera.
