purplera1n, iPhone 3GS JailBreaker Available for Download
I know you’ve been waiting for the ultrasn0w, the jailbreaking and unlocking tool for iPhone 3GS from iPhone Dev Team. You know, you can keep waiting for therelease of ultrasn0w but if you think you can’t wait any longer, there’s an alternative from George Hotz called purplera1n. While purplera1n can jailbreak iPhone 3GS to let you install third-party apps, it can’t unlock iPhone 3GS at this version.
The software will works on Windows only and at the moment it’s still in Beta, so please please back up your iPhone 3GS before jailbreaking it. You can download George Hotz’s purplera1n here.
