Automatic login in Safari.
Shake to shuffle music.
Wi-Fi auto-login.
Anti-phishing.
Extended parental controls.
Voice memo application.
Send and receive files.

If you want to upgrade your iPhone ( including the first gen iPhone), you can download it for free when its available. While the iPod Touch users need to pay a $9.95 price to upgrade.
