Viewsonic readying a new Windows Mobile phone for China called Viewsonic V901. Running Windows Mobile 6.5, Viewsonic V901 sport a 3.6-inch touchscreen display with a 480 x 800 resolution and powered by a a Marvell PXA310 processor, 128MB RAM and 256MB ROM.
For connectivity, V901 packs CDMA EV-DO Rev. A support. Other features including a 5MP camera, GPS and Bluetooth as well as a MicroSD card slot. Its release date will be later this year.
