Mio Amber will be the first Mio’s Windows Mobilesmartphone. Known as a Personal Navigation Devices manufacturer, its not a surprise they jump to the smartphone bandwagon just Like Garmin does with its Nuvifone. Back to the business, Mio Amber support GPRS/EDGE and WCDMA/HSPA connectivity and come in a sleek design with a 3.61 WVGA touchscreen display. Its features including GPS/aGPS, 5MP camera with autofocus, MicroSD card slot, FM transmitterand Bluetooth 2.0.

Running Windows Mobile 6.5, Mio Amber is powered by a 528MHz Qualcomm MSM 7201A Turbo processor, 256 RAM and 512MB ROM.Still no words on price nor release date as well as its official name since yo know, Mio Amber is just a codename.
