iMate Ultimate 8502 PocketPC
iMate unveiled its new Pocketpc called the imate Ultimate 8502. Like its previous released PPC the ultimate 8150 and ultimate 6150 which was released last month, the ultimate 8502 also running Microsoft® Windows Mobile 6.0 Professional OS. Comes in 116 x 55 x 15mm dimension and weighs at 140 grams, the Ultimate 8502 packs 2.6inch TFT Touch-screen with QVGA (320×240) resolution in 262K colors. Powered by 400 MHz Qualcomm® MSM 7200 processor, the imate 8502 PPC has 256MB ROM and 128MB RAM.
The iMate Ultimate 8502 is built to offer all wireless connectivity you’ll ever need. Works on Quan band GSM networks with EDGE support, this imate PPC also support 3G both UMTS and HSDPA. More over, the ultimate 8502 PPC also has Wifi 802.11 b/g and Bluetooth 2.0 with EDR (Enhanced Date Rate).
Packs a 2MP camea on the back, Ultimate 8502 also has VGA camera for video calling on the front. Running WM 6.0 Professional OS, this iMate Ultimate PPC also packs tons of software including Word Mobile, Excel Mobile, PowerPoint Mobile, Internet Explorer Mobile, WMP 10 Mobile , ClearVue PDF viewer and others. Oh, the 8502 has integrated GPS receiver too. Still no words on its price or release date yet.
