Blackberry 9000 specs is tempting

Blackberry 9000 series, the new RIM device family is in the works now. One of the Blackberry 9000 family member will be powered by an Intel XScale PXA270 processor at 624MHz processor, has 480 x 320 pixel screen( totally bigger than the upcoming Blackberry 8130  – 240 x 260) and has 1G internal memory.To answer the market demands the Blakberry 9000 will sports GPS, Wifi and (drum roll please..) multi-band HSDPA support.While the camera is still a 2MP, there are possibility that the RIM will upgrae it to a 3.2MP camera.

Blackberry OS 4.3 will be the heart of this new blackberry device, but possibly afte got some modification or maybe it will get a whole new OS after all. We can expect the release date of the bb 9000 will be sometime in Q1 2008 but no clue on the price yet.
