Chi S70, Portable Nintendo Station
Chinese manufacturers are creative about modifying existing thing and presenting a whole new product. The Family Computer is one of those creative manufacturer who presenting Chi S70, a portable multimedia player combo with portable game console.
As a media player, S70 support various file format including MPEG-4 videos,MP3, WMA, WAV, AMR, ADPCM and PCM.
While as portable game console, it plays NES, GameBoy and GameBoy Color ROM and additional support for MD ROM games , please make sure you have your ROM games legally.
The hardware itself buil using ATMEL AT91SAM9261 chip. Featuring 2.7-inches screen with QVGA resolution at 16 million colors. MPEG-4 videos playback quality is good. No words on pricing yet, but considering it came a from China manufacturer, I bet the price won’t be a problem.
