Archos 606 will compete iPod Touch
The rumored next Archos new sixth generation PMP called Archos 606 will get a large touchscreen which will make it a direct iPod touch competitor. Packed with a 1-2 cm bigger screen than Archos 605, Archos 606 will comes in black color. Rumored to be packed with a 30 GB HDD, to transfer data directly from internet, Archos 606 has 3G access support. Moreover, Archos 606 also support instant messaging include MSN and Yahoo messenger.
No release date is set yet, but Archos 606 will be retailed at 290 EUR price. While bundled with 3G data plan from SFR ( France), 606 will be retailed for 249 EUR, 199 EUR and 149 EUR (depending on the data plan).
