The 2009W, using a TN panel, is not a replacement of the 2007WFP, but of the 2008WFP. I'm disappointed Dell has not released a successor of the much renowned 2007WFP yet whereas they have released 3 possible replacements of the inferior E207WFP. The 2007WFP has either an S-IPS or an S-PVA panel, which makes it stand out in the LCD monitor market.
