Sony introduce Vaio SA laptop series. Vaio SA is a 13.3-inch laptop comes in a magnesium alloy chassis with thinkness just 0.95-inch. Sony Vaio SA is powered by Intel Core i7 processor, 1GB AMD Radeon HD 6630 GPU and 500GB hard drive or an SSD. Its display has 1600 x 800 pixel resolurtion. With an extended $100 battery, the SSD model can provide up to 16 hours runtime. The SSD model has a $1650 starting price while the hard drive version start at $1350.
But of course Sony also got Vaio series which has price lower than that. Its the Vaio SB series which comes in the same magnesium alloy chassis but powered by an Intel Core i5 CPU and 512MB video memory while its display only capable to deliver 1366 x 768 pixel resolution. Vaio SB got a $999 starting price.
