Sony VAIO CR notebook
Aimed younger users, Sony introduced a new thin and lightweight notebooks with stylish looks and available in five colors (sangria, cosmopolitan, dove, indigo and black).
The Sony VAIO CR notebook on weighing at 5.5 pounds including standard battery, comes with Sony’s 14.1-inch XBRITE-ECO LCD and powered by an Intel Centrino Core 2 Duo 1.8GHz T7100 processor (Intel Santa Rosa). The Vaio CR is pre-installed with Windows Vista Home Premium operating system while buyers have an option to upgrade to Windows Vista Business edition.
To satisfy your entertainment need, Sony packs Vaio CR with a CD/DVD player/burner,built-in speakers. Beside that, Vaio CR also support instant-on mode and AV controls provide on-demand access to movies, music and photos without needing to boot-up the OS.
Transfering files from / to another devices is easy with it’s Memory Stick Duo, Memory Stick Pro, SD card and ExpressCard media slots, the CR allows you to instantly access your digital media files from other devices. Piping your screen to a TV is possible by S-video port included.
Price start at $1,350 when available at the end of June.
