Medison Celebrity Notebook, the most affordable notebook
What is the most affordable laptop in the market today ? well, it’s definitely not the $100 laptop and of course not the Asus Eee PC701. Well the answer is Celebrity Notebook from a Swedish company named Medison Celebrity.Celebrity Notebook is powered by 1.5 Ghz Intel Celeron processors and 258 MB RAM (expandable up to 1GB) and priced at only $150.
So what can a $150 notebook can do for you ? Certainly not rendering nor video encoding. But Medison Celebrity promise that the Celebrity Notebook is sufficient enough to do your everyday tasks such as word processing, spread-sheeting, net surfing or emailing.
For budget minded users, the celebrity notebook probanly the best deal they can get. With $150 you get a laptop with decent processor, although you need to add another 750 MB RAM, 14.1″ WXGA (1280×768) TFT display, 802.11g Wireless LAN, and 40 GB HDD. The Celebrity notebook is measures at 333 x 243 x 33mm ,and weighs at 2.2Kg.
