HP Compaq 6535b and 6735b First Two Turion X2 Laptop from HP

HP Compaq 6535b and Compaq 6735b are the first two laptops powered by AMD Turion X2 processor from HP which are start shipped today. Compaq 6535b is a 14-inch laptop armored with a 2.1 GHz Turion X2 Ultra processor, up to 2 GB DDR2 RAM ( max. 8 GB) and 120 GB HDD. Its graphic is managed by a Mobility Radeon HD 3200 graphic chipset. Other features include Wifi n while webcam and 3G modem are available optionally.

HP Compaq 6735b is the a 15.4-inch laptop with similar specs with 6535b. Both laptops are pre-installed with FreeDOS OS and their price start at $1,079.

    I have two of these on my bench for warranty training. I am very impressed with how well they are built and the internal design was very well thought out.

    HP seems to be really focusing on quality, which is nice to see.
