Gigabyte introducing a desktop replacement laptop called Gigabyte P2532 at Computex 2011. Available in two version dubbed P2532N and P2532V, both version comes with a 1.6-inch display and powered by Intel Core i7-2630QM processor clocking at 2.0 to 2.9 GHz, up to 8GB of DDR RAM, either 500GB or 750GB hard drive which spins at 7200 rpm and 2GB NVidia GeForce GT550M GPU. Gigabyte P2532N is equipped with NVIDIA Optimus technology for longer battery life. This model boast 1080p resolution on its display. Gigabyte P2532V on the other hand boast NVidia 3D vision but its resolution only 1366 x 768 pixel.
Other features crammed to both P2532 laptops including WiFi b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, two USB 3.0 ports, eSATA/USB 2.0 combo port, SD card slot, HDMI out, a 1.3MP webcam and four 1.5 watt speakers with one woofer. Gigabyte P2532 is expected to be available in June with a $1,500 price tag.
