Gateway P-170 FX1 and P-170FX MAX
Gateway introducing its P-170 FX laptop series. The first one is the P-170 FX1 model which sports an Intel Core 2 Duo T7250 processor, 3GB RAM and 250GB HDD. Comes with 17-inch screen with 1440 x 900 pixel resolution, the display is acceleraed by a , GeForce 8800M GTS graphics chipset with 512MB VRAM.Other features including Wifi, 5-in-1 memor card reader and a multi-format DVD burner.All for $1,600 price.
The other model introduced is the P-170FX MAX which has more horse power with a little extra price. The P-170FX MAX is powered by an Intel Core 2 Extreme X7900 processor and 400GB HDD. Its screen can gives you 1920 x 1200 px resolution, more than enough to watch HD video played by its HD DVD disc drive. The P-170FX Max is priced at $3,000.
