Dell mini Inspiron a sub $500 8.9-inch laptop
Dell mini Inspiron, a 8.9-inch ultra portable laptop is introduced by Michael Dell himself at All Things Digital conference to Gizmodo team. Specs are scarce right now, even Dell didn’t introduce its mini-note name, but from the image file name received by Engadget, we know that this Dell mini-note laptop is called Dell mini-Inspiron.
Will be running either XP or Ubuntu Linux, mini Inspiron is powered by an Intel Atom processor and sport direct media playback buttons, webcam and media card reader. Not sure when Dell will release this mini laptop but its price will be below $500.
