Dell Inspiron Mini will be announced as Dell E

The unnamed Dell’s mini notebook we call Dell Inspiron Mini last week finally got its name. Its not official yet, but a source from engadget dig deep enough to finally found ‘Dell E’ as its name.With its 8.9-inch screen, Dell E will compete with Asus Eee900. Apparently there are another series in the works. Beside the Dell E, Dell also preparing another ultra portable laptop called ‘Dell E Slim’. Unlike The Dell E, Dell E Slim has a 12.1-inch screen and come in a 0.8 inch thick.

The Dell E is expected to be available this August with a $299 starting price. Dell E Slim in the other hand will be released in August/September while the WiMax version in October.
