ASUS U1E Ultra portable Notebook
Asus adding its U series notebook with Asus U1E notebook. Comes in sleek and stylish ultra portable design with 11.1-inch display, the U1E has carbon fiber body to gives a strong but light body in thin sleek design.With that fiber carbon body, this ASUS ultra portable notebook only weight at 1 Kg. Built based on Intel Santa Rosa mobile platform, ASUS U1E is powered by Intel Core Duo ULV7500 processor, 2GB RAM and 100 GB HDD. A DVD burner is included for its optical drive, while for connectivity, U1E packs Wifi 802.11 a/b/g and Bluetooth. A fingerprint reader is included to strengthen its security.
The ASUS U1E is pre-installed with Windows Vista OS and its released date is somewhere next month for approximately $2,846 price.
