Asus G71v is now available for purchase. Designed for gamers, Asus G71v is the first notebook boast an Intel mobile quad-core processor . Its 17-inch screen deliver 1920 x 1200 pixel resolution and managed by NVIDIA GeForce 9700M GT with 512MB GDDR3 VRAM.To give “a total gaming experience in a highly portable package, with an emphasis on audio clarity and stunning graphics performance.” , Asus G71 is powered by a 3.06 GHz Intel Quad Core QX9300 Processor, up to 4GB DDR3 1066MHz SDRAM, 1 TV (500 GB x 2) HDD and Blu-ray DVD writer.

Other features should include Bluetooth 2.0, Wifi n, 2.0 MP webcam and optional Wi/MAX.No words on shipping date nor price yet.[source]
