Asus G50V and G71V Introduced
Asustek unveiled the Asus G50V and Asus G71V, two new gaming laptops which are build based on Intel Centrino 2 mobile platform.
Asus G50V is powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo processor , up to 4 GB of DDR2 RAM and up to 640 GB HDD ( 2 x 320 GB).G50V comes with 15.4-inch screen or 15.6-inch ( 16:9)Its graphic is managed by an Nvidia GeForce 9700M GT graphics chipset.
Asus G71V has 17-inch screen and powered by either Intel Core 2 Duo, Core 2 Extreme, or the Quad Core QX9300, up to 4 GB of DDR2 RAM and up to 1 TB HDD ( 2 x 500 GB).Like G50V, its graphic also driven by an Nvidia GeForce 9700M GT graphics chipset.
Other features packed on both gaming laptops including Windows Vista, WiMax, 2 megapixel webcam and optional Bluetooth. While G50V already available in the US, release date for G71V is still unknown as well as its price.
