Asus B51E Ruggedized Notebook
Asus readying a ruggedized notebook which is designed to survive from shock, drop, scratch and even spills called Asus B51. Come with an magnesium alloy chassis which is strong but light weight, Asus B51 also has a rubber bumper on its edges to protect it from shock. To make the screen scratch resistant, Asus give it a high strength protective film on it.
Hard Disk got a special treatment by making it float on a sponge protection system which will protect it from drop up to 75 cm. Keyboard is designed with a unique drainage system which can make B51 spills resistant up to 120 cc.

Measured at 36.5cm x 27.3cm x 3.82 cm , Asus B51 has a 3.1 kg weight.
