Coby NB PC1022 is another netbook from china which is claimed as the Cheapest 10-inch Netbook. Packs an Atom N270 processor, 1GB of RAM and 160GB of storage, Coby NB PC1022 from Shenzhen is priced at $240. There’s a webcam too but with that price Coby NB PC1022 arrive without an OS, but hey you can always install FreeDOS or a $0 Linux OS.
With its $240 price, sure Coby NB PC1022 is not the chepest netbook aroundbut with its large 10″ display and its decent design, I prefer this cheap netbook than J-PRO-JL7100 from Jointech or the $130 NPX-9000 from Impulse.
