i-mate Ultimate 8150
i-mate Ultimate 8150 is another smartphone introduced at CEBIT and like i-mate Ultimate 6150, it is released today too. Boasts similar specification with 6150, ultimate 8150 has same dimension but a smaller( 2.6-inch) TFT touchscreen. The extra space was reserved for a 12-key numeric keypad which not present on ultimate 6150.
