i-mate Ultimate 6150 which was introduced at CEBIT is released today. Running  windows Mobile 6.0 Professional OS, this smartphone is powered by XScale PXA 270 520MHz Processor, 128MB RAM and has 256MB ROM. Works on dual mode bands, triband WCDMA/HSDPA: 850/1900/2100 MHz and quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE, Ultimate 6150 has Wifi and Bluetooth for connectivity.The i-mate ultimate 6150 comes in 118.5 x 60.5 x 15.5 mm dimension and it’s weight is 152 grams, including battery.

More over, the i-mate ultimate 6150 has 2MP camera with auto-focus and flash,a secondary camera for video calls and microSD card slot to expand memory.It’s 2.8-inch touchscreen display has VGA resolution with 65K colors and driven by NVIDIA GoForce 5500 graphics accelerator to deliver 1024 x 768 px video out. It’s battery can last for 4 hours talk time or 150 hours of standby time.I-mate Ultimate 6150 release date is today, call your local store to be sure.
