HTC Iris S640 smartphone
HTC is preparing Iris S640 smartphone and waiting for an FCC approval. The smartphone featuring a GPS feature and targeted as a mid-range smartphone. The HTC Iris S640 comes in a simple design with qwerty keyboard but no touchscreen. It’s 2.4-inch TFT LCD display deliver 320 x 240 resolution.
Powered by a Qualcomm MSM7500, 400 MHz processor, the Iris S640 has 256 MB ROM and 64 MB of RAM to run Microsoft Windows Mobile 6 Standard Edition.
The Iris will works on CDMA 1x-EVDO Rev. A, dual-band 800/1900 MHz networks.
Other features including Bluetooth, Wireless LAN 802.11 b/g and a 2 MP camera.No information on it’s availability and price.
