While its prototype called Model M01M appear at Shenzen, Dell Mini 5 finally showed by Michael Dell himself. This ofisplayficial version comes in red and has 5-inch touchscreen display.Yep its confirmed that this 5-inc MID will runs on Android OS although no words on which version.

    Apparently beside the Streak 5 aka Dell Mini 5, Dell also has 7-inch and 10-inch Streak tablets in its pipeline. While Streak 5 will be available later this summer, the 7-inch Streal will be released late 2010 and early of 2011 for 10-inch Dell Streak….
