Viewsonic readying a new Windows Mobile phone for China called Viewsonic V901. Running Windows Mobile 6.5, Viewsonic V901 sport a 3.6-inch touchscreen display with a 480 x 800 resolution and powered by a a Marvell PXA310 processor, 128MB RAM and 256MB ROM.
