Crysis hardware requirements

Crysis is a stunning first-person-shooter PC game from Crytec and published by Electronic Arts and as the successor of the Far Cry.Crysis will be available at the store fron November 16.But before you buy this game, do check your PC specs since Crysis need a super high-end PC for optimum performance and visual quality.
So here is the minimum PC specs needed by Crysis:
- OS – Windows XP or Windows Vista
- Processor – 2.8 GHz or faster (XP) or 3.2 GHz or faster (Vista)
- Memory – 1.0 GB RAM (XP) or 1.5 GB RAM (Vista)
- Video Card -256 MB, Nvidia 6800 GT or higher, or ATI Radeon 9800 Pro (X800 Pro for Vista) or higher
- Hard Drive – 12 GB
- Sound Card – DirectX 9.0c compatible
But to get ” optimum performance and visual quality” you need this :
- Processor – Intel Core 2 DUO @ 2.2 GHz or AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+
- RAM – 2GB
- Video Card – Nvidia GeForce 8800 GTS/640 or compatible
