PocketSurver 2, internet handheld from Datawind

Datawind, a Canadian company release its PocketSurfer 2, the second generation of PocketSurfer.PocketSurver is a gadget for browsing the internet.

Comes in a slim clamshell black plastic form factor, PocketSurver2 internet handheld measures at 152 x 75 x 15 mm and weighs at 174 grams.It’s display capable to present 640 x 420 px resolution.

To access the internet, PocketSurfer 2 internet handheld connect to a cellular network over (Orange) GPRS link. The GSM SIM card is embedded in to the PocketSurfer 2 and can not be removed.So you can’t switch to other cellular provider.

The PocketSurfer 2 internet handheld  will be available next month in UK for around $270.
