Ectaco jetBook Lite eBook Reader

While Barnes & Noble readyed their own ebook reader which packs dual display, Ectaco release its own ebbok reader which claimed that Barnes & Noble is the only place to buy the e-books. Called JetBook Lite, the reader packs a 5-inch reflective TFT and 100MB internal memory. There’s an SD card slot to expand the storage. Ectaco jetBook Lite support Ectaco jetBook Lite language. Uniquely, jetBook Lite didn’t packs any internal battery but using four AA battery to power it instead. jetBook Lite is sold with a $149.99 price tag.

I recently purchased the Jetbook, I am very Tech savvy person, i can figure gatgets out, but for whatever reason i am having trouble downloading purchased books from B&N, and tranfering them to the jetbook. Please, if someone can Help me out. I have spoken to tech support, and they said to download two differant web-sites and then convert to txt-file. Help!!!
