Asus A696, a Slim GPS PDA runs Windows Mobile 5.0
Asus presented A696, a slim GPS PDA with only 15.7 mm thick.Comes in Stainless steel case and powered by Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system.It’s internal antenna is hidden in it’s case and it’s 3.5-inches touchscreen has an anti-glare technology, make it visible even in under the sun.
Designed for quick navigation and make user easy to travel directly to a predetermined address or POI, The ASUS A696 is packed with Destinator Technologies routing engine.
Asus A696 support wireless capability 802.11 b/g and Bluetooth 2.0 with EDR (Enhanced Data Rate) to exchange data with digital peripherals.Another feature in this Asus slim GPS PDA is Remote Presenter, an application to turn this device into remooote control for PowerPoint application on PC using it’s Bluetooth.
All data is storedin it’s internal flash memory and an SD card slot is available to expand the memory capacity.Will be available in the mid-July for $400.
