Pentax Optio W80 camera is introduced. The point and shoot camera come in a semi ruggedized 1″ thick design which make it can be used to up to 16 feet deep of water while againt drops, Optio W80 survives drops from up to 1 M.The Optio W80 packs a 12.1 MP sensor, a wide-angle 28mm lens which is equipped with optical image stabilization and a 5x optical zoom. Its lens cover is coated with a SuperProtect coating to water, grime and fingermarks.

This Pentax Optio camera sport a 2.5″ LCD screen, face detection and capable to shoot 720p video. Available in Cardinal Red, Azure Blue and Gunmetal Gray color options, its price is $299.95.
