Facebook application for Android OS is released and available at Android Market for free. Facebook said that they don’t port Facebook for Android but build it from scratch instead. This version offer a widget and a Facebook Phonebook which will let its user to store their friend’s numbers.[source]

Just when everybody and their dog waiting to try Chrome OS, two creative hackers trying hard to port Android OS -uhm..that’s another OS from Google- to x86 machine. Moreover the OS also available for download.But if you don’t wantto install it to your laptop or pc, they have the Android OS LiveCD build version .02.

On their readmefirst file they said “Want to give Google Android a try, but don’t feel like buying a T-Mobile G1? LiveAndroid is a LiveCD(and LiveUSB) for Google Android OS running on x86 platforms, you can running it in virtualbox or vmware, also burn the image to a disc, stick it in a CD-ROM drive, reboot your computer and you can check out Android without installing it or affecting any files on your PC. ”

I know you’ve been waiting for the ultrasn0w, the jailbreaking and unlocking tool for iPhone 3GS from iPhone Dev Team. You know, you can keep waiting for therelease of ultrasn0w but if you think you can’t wait any longer, there’s an alternative from George Hotz called purplera1n. While purplera1n can jailbreak iPhone 3GS to let you install third-party apps, it can’t unlock iPhone 3GS at this version.

Yep, he let you follow his step by step guide. When you do it correctly, the card can be plugged to a Macbook Pro which has an integrated SD card slot to boot the OS directly from the card.

You need at least an SD card with 8GB capacity to apply this. Sorry for PC user because you can’t boot PC with this card..

iPhone user now have a change to use skype’s services.Yep, Skype for iPhone is now available.iPhone with OS 3.0 beta is suffering when using Skype over connection for frequent cradhes while Skype over Wifi is not available for iPhone with OS 3.0 beta firmware. On the other hand, iPhone with non-beta firmware surprisingly works well with Skype over Wifi while Skype over 3G isnot working. Skype for iPhone is available at iTunes store for free.

While iPhone user can download Skype for iPhone starting from today, Blackberry user have to wait at least until May to get Skype for Blackberry application. I’m not sure about the price but I bet Skype for Blackberry application will be free of charge too.
