Archos A5S Android based Internet tablet is passed FCC test certification. Sport a 4.8 inch touchscreen Archos A5S has similar design with Archos 5 internet table but got a new location for its speaker and headphone jack. Moreover, A5S also packs a microSD card slot and a microUSB port.
A18 MID, Another 7″ MID
A new 7 inch MID is unveiled by Wei-Zhi Technology from Shenzhen, China. Called A18 MID, the MID comes in a 180 x 110 x 15mm dimension and sport a 7″ touchscreen display with WVGA resolution. A18 MID is powered by a 600MHz ARM Cortex A8 processor and runs on Windows CE 6.0 operating system.

Inkia 500 MID Packs 5″ Touchscreen
Inkia introducing its new MID called Inkia 500 MID which packs 5″ touchscreen display and offer a 800 x 480 pixel resolution. Inkia 500 is supported by an Intel US15W chipset and powered by an Intel ULV Z510 processor, up to 1GB of RAM and a 16GB SSD. For connectivity, there are plenty feature offered by Inkia 500 including Bluetooth and Wifi while 3G support is optional as well as GPS.

Another decent MID from China is rolled out by Tainell. Called Tainell T500, the new PMP packs a 5 inch display and powered by an Atom Z510 processor, 1GB ofRAM and a 32GB SSD.Running Windows XP OS, Tainell T500 also featuring webcam, Bluetooth, GPS and 3G support.

The rumor of Nokia RX-51, a tablet-like device is swirling around for a while now and now a new set of its picture is energed. W100 MID from Zhongyi
While BenQ S6 MID Sport a 4.8 inch touchsfcreen and runs Windows XP OS, W100 MID from a less known MID maker from China called Zhongyi packs a 4.3 inch display with WVGA resolution and runs Windows Mobile 6.1. Zhongyi W100 comes in a 5.6 x 2.9 x 0.66 inches dimension and packs 806 MHz Marvell PXA310 processor, 128MB RAM and 256MB ROM.
