Called JetBook Lite, the reader packs a 5-inch reflective TFT and 100MB internal memory. There’s an SD card slot to expand the storage. Ectaco jetBook Lite support Ectaco jetBook Lite language. Barnes and Noble will offer their own ebook reader. No name was given just yet, but the Barnes and Noble’s ebook reader is scheduled to be available in 2010. The device packs dual screen, a monochrome e-ink panel on top and color multitouch panel with smaller size underneath.the e-ink display will be used to display book content while the color multitouch panel will be for navigation, menus and on-screen QWERTY keyboard.

The Barnes and Noble’s ebook reader capable to access Barnes and Noble’s ebook store ( with special price of course) as well as content from the Google Books project. Still no words on pricing just yet.

iRiver, well known for its PMP products, is readying its first ebook reader called iRiver Story. iRiver Story will comes with a 6 inch E-ink screen and compatible with PDF, epub, txt, ppt, doc, xls and other ebook formats without conversion.Its battery is claimed capable to support up to 9,000 page view. Its release date is expected to be September 16th with price will be somewhere between 350,000~400,000 KRW ($282-323).
